Company VITAMEDIC Health Services and Education d.o.o. (hereinafter “Vitamedic Ltd.”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes the policies and procedures of Vitamedic d.o.o. in the collection, use and disclosure of your information that we have collected so far and in the future, through publicly available sources on the Internet, and through your use of our services, website and other forms of contractual relationship with you.

• Communication with us: The email content of the email is stored on the email and CRM systems and the information you trust us to fill out on our website

Data Retention Period?

We will keep your information until your consent or request for deletion is revoked. We will use them as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements and business needs identified for each data set. When we no longer need the data, we delete it from the data collection systems. Data can only remain on items such as possible contracts, invoices, ongoing projects, archival projects, and the like, where legal requirements require longer retention time.

How do we collect data?

Data were collected during the operating period of Vitamedic d.o.o. Most of the information comes from some form of contractual relationship with you. You may also have provided the information to us by filling out the form on our website, or you may have provided it to us by telephone, e-mail or otherwise. We may have collected information about you by May 25, 2018, and may have also been collected from publicly available online sources, such as Linkedin, Facebook, publicly accessible databases, your company website, and more.

On the basis of your complaint, the Authority will investigate what action should be taken. If the authority decides that controls should be put in place, you will be notified within three months. If you do not receive the notification, you can go to court to answer.

In accordance with GDPR, your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt of all information.
